My Story
Welcome! So who am I , I am Sharon Brown the face behind Living Uniquely U. I started out on my spiritual journey over 14 years ago, I worked retail at the time, had two children and life was good, then one day in work I fell on a wet floor, little did I know at the time this was to change my life for ever.
Over the next few years I went to every medical professional and got all different treatments for pain and had limited movement in my right arm. I was unable to lift my youngest child, play physical games with both my children, very limited house work was done by me and general very little quality of life, depressed, low self worth and I was half the person I was before the fall.
I started to ask myself questions, is this my life? Am I going to be left like this for the rest of my life? I was in a very low place. I was attending the pain clinic and living on anything up to 16 tablets a day just going through the motions. I was told I would never work again and I would have to live with the pain.
Then a friend of mine asked me would I be interested in having a Reiki session to see if it would help me. Why not, were my thought as nothing else was working for me. I had a session which changed my life for the better. I started to get healing on a weekly basis and after the first healing I was taking less and less painkillers on a daily basis and my depression was lifting a bit. I was starting to feel a bit like my self. After week 2 my pain was less, my mood was great and I was getting more movement in my arm, I was starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. After week 3 Healing was a really a breakthrough for me as my pain was nearly gone and my depression was all most gone too and I started to see life in a complete different way and I liked the way I felt after a healing, how chilled out I was with not a care in the world (I loved it). After week 4 healing was just amazing and especially as after it as I had no painkillers, I was depression free and everyone around me could see the difference in me as the old me was back .
In April 2009 I did my first Reiki workshop and I was hooked as I wanted to help people heal the way I did and help them get their life back. I now live my life pain free, depression free, painkiller free and live my life to the full. Over the next few years I trained in Reiki, Seichem, IET, Mary Magdalene Reiki, Shamanic Studies, Angel cards, Mediumship, and many more.
About 4 years ago my mentor was helping us all to tune into our unique gifts when she looked me straight in the eye and said “What animal do you see and what message does it have for me?” Suddenly much to my surprise she transformed into a butterfly and I was able to give her a message that I would never have been able to do previously with all my other gifts and blew myself away! Since then it’s been an amazing journey of healing and gifts with the Spirit Animals. I have learned over the last 4 years how to connect with them and utilize them on a daily basis for guidance and knowledge.
Working with the animal guides really opened me up to a whole new world of possibilities and then came my Soul Alignment, Self embodiment and Daring to Be U work and WOW what a privilege it is working with my clients guides.
In 2018 I embarked on my shamanic journey which opened me up to a whole new world.
In 2019 I embraced my Galactic guides, who speak through me using high vibrational light codes to enlighten and free the soul.
Through my work using my many tools and guides I help clients to get unstuck and get clear on their soul’s purpose, which results in having a sense of belonging and purpose.
I put all my healing and intuitive experience into my high vibrational healing sessions in which I undertake and help each client in their individual needs. I help my clients transform their life and live the live they dream of.
